California Beach House

This California beach house was designed with family and friends in mind, and it shows that a small house can have plenty of style.

Located on the quaint Island of Balboa in Newport Harbor, California, this home has 2,400 s.f., 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and plenty of fine millwork that can be appreciated throughout the house.

With a lot measuring only 30 ft. wide x 85ft. long, the architect and builder wisely designed a home that maximizes its space by creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor.

The interiors are relaxed and casual, mixing neutral coastal decor with colorful textures. This is a place that you simply can’t feel bored in!

I hope you enjoy seeing this beautiful California beach house.

Hello, everyone! It’s so great to have you back! I hope you had a great long weekend and could relax with your family and friends.

We had a wonderful weekend, celebrating our 10th anniversary. It was perfect, not only for what we did, but because I was with my hubby and my kids.

I like to live thinking this is the best time of our lives. This is it… perfect as it is… even with its imperfections.

Have a blessed week!

With Love,

I love this house! Every homeowner needs to follow what the owners of this house did! Though it might require quite a fortune, I’m okay with it as long as it can provide me comfort.
