I have noticed lately that most people are opting to no longer use metal roofs and instead just add classic shingles, like we see in this home. I think this is a more economical option, not to mention that black metal roofs are not easy to keep “clean”. Many homeowners complain about their metal roof, especially when it’s black, having a constant “dusty/dirty” appearance. This is something to keep in mind if you’re planning on building or changing your roof in the future. 🙂
