Located in Meridian, Idaho, built by Altura Homes, with interiors by Lauren Smyth and staging by Andi Marshall, this neutral home with grey cabinets is being featured on HomeBunch today to show us that a home can be beautifully decorated without breaking the bank, and I am gladly sharing all sources with you, so you can get this look! 🙂

“This was a spec home I designed. The style I wanted to convey was luxurious materials, in neutral tones done in a way that didn’t take itself too seriously. I started with the chevron marble backsplash and worked from there, pulling different shades of gray and white into the palette to keep it cohesive and still let that pop of pattern be the focal point of the main area.”

What a pleasure it is to share this home with you guys! This home feels calm, uncomplicated (it could either work for a growing family or empty-nesters) and it has that “modern farmhouse-style” that everyone is loving these days.
