This villa is located in the higher part of Santa Maria, Mallorca and it has beautiful country views from the main rooms.
Classic floorplan and high-quality finishings are combined with very tasteful decor. The main floor has a spacious living room that opens to the gardens and patio and a large French country kitchen and dining room.
The house also offers spacious open and covered terrace areas, a saltwater pool with pool house and summer kitchen and a park-like garden. Beautiful materials such as natural stone, teak wood and modern technology were also used in this villa.

Let’s all go to Spain? We’re in the middle of yet another snow storm and seeing warm homes like the one above reminds of how special summers really are.
Talking about special, I need to once again thank you for your comments and emails. I didn’t have much time yesterday ( I managed to clean the whole house – finally!) but I will try to get in touch with you during the weekend.
It was hard for me to actually write all of that here. I like to be open with you guys, but at the same time I don’t like to use this space to complain about life. I always try to be a positive person — yes, I know I complain a lot about the cold during this time of the year, but what can I do? I live in Canada! You can’t help but feel this way at this time of the year! 🙂 — Regardless, I am always trying to leave you with a positive message, because that’s how I am. I believe in good energy, in sharing goodness and love. I try to pass what I feel along with you. But, as I was saying, I wasn’t sure if I should write and talk about how I was feeling, but I did it anyway… between some deleted words and many tears, I actually did share them with you, and honestly, I am so grateful for it. I am grateful because I felt I am not alone. I know we all have problems in this life and that’s a fact. We all go through stages, phases that aren’t the way we wish the were. The other day I was praying and asking God what I had to learn from all of this and I understood I had to keep reminding myself of how precious is the time we share with our loved ones.
What I want you to know is that I feel grateful for opening my heart here the other day. I am dealing with my grandmother’s disease (AD) for quite some time now and we know how it goes. So, I know this path is a long one, but knowing I can open my heart with you from time-to-time is something I can’t even tell you how much it means to me.
Thank you for understanding me and thank you for understanding there’s a very real person the other side of the computer. It’s always good to be able to be 100% myself with all of you! 🙂

Love everything about this home! Mediterranean styles are my fav, especially Spanish. They did such a nice job mixing in the French, English & Belgian pieces cohesively too!
