You can collect about 4,000 bottles of wine in the 13th century stone wine cellar with ESommelier wine catalogue system.
Resort like amenities include fitness gym and sauna, elevator, caterer’s kitchen, outdoor wood-fired pizza oven, vanishing edge pool and spa with full service pool house with bar, full bath with rainshower and laundry. This technology is at one’s fingertips and can be accessed through an iPad or other similar device from anywhere in the world. Yes, play “hide-and-seek” with the owner of this house would be an unfair game!
Drive

Beautifully traditional.
Private

The property is very private and serene.
Stones

The wall stones add some charm to its colonial architecture.
Warm

There’s something very welcoming about yellow foyers.
Dining Room

The dining could use some help. I think the wallpaper is too busy for the space.
Living Room

This is a very tailored living room. The wall color complements the creamy white furnishings and curtains.
Sitting Area

Elegant and classic.
Kitchen

I like seeing dark stained wooden countertop on white islands. They break the “all white” look.
Sink

Notice they added some stone around the sink. Stone is a more durable and smarter material to be used around the sink.
Butler’s Pantry

Two dishwashers? Yes, please!
Family Room

It’s evident the owners of this house like earthy tones.
Master Bedroom

The light blue walls bring some peacefulness and serenity to the bedroom.
Master Bathroom

The tub and windows are very charming, but honestly speaking I think this color is too dark and takes away from the beautiful floors and cabinets.
Wine Room

The ultra- special wine room.
Tech Vino

Temperature controlled wine room.
Games Room & Bar

The entire basement feels very masculine, including this space.
Movies

Media control room.
Sound

Nothing is modest around this basement.
Hollywood

Not shy on color, technology and design.
Popcorn

I’m not sure if I’d design a theatre like this for my house, but it must be really cool to watch movies here!
House

The backyard.
Pool

The view of pool and covered patio.
Summer

Relaxing…
Surroundings

Beautiful property.
Arial

Wouldn’t you like to call it “home”?
What are your thoughts on this property? Can you see yourself living in this home? I think this is an easy house to convince a husband to buy. I mean, I can’t see a man saying “no” to that basement!
Price? $10.5 mil. All right, not even that basement could convince my husband…
I hope you’ve enjoyed spending some time here with me. I feel honored to have your time.
“Find the purpose of sharing Light, not darkness.”
Wishing you a Blessed Day!

OMG! I love, love, love this house. that kitchen, that covered porch by the pool….Gorgeous! Thanks for sharing it!
Pretty don’t think the interiors marry so well with the exterior but that basement, my husband would never leave!! Talk about a serious man cave!!!! Hope you have a great day Luciane!
I love the interior more than the exterior. I’m not crazy about the rock surface. But beautiful interiors-it justifies the price, now if it only had a beach access.
Now that is a basement!
I’ll take it.
Wow, love the architectural details, and the color inside this home. With a wine cellar like that, you must have posted this one for my husband! lol
* Luciane, now T*H*I*S is quite a “home”!!! My Jim would A*D*O*R*E a wine cellar like that, as would I…
When we lived in Europe for so long, we were invited to a few private wine cellars (in theancestoral homes of our European friends) and WOW!!! … what incredible, fun evenings we shared… and soooo many/most with INCREDIBLE family pieces down there, handed down from generation to generation… and talk about O*L*D… they were REMARKABLE!!!!!!!!!! (The wine cellars not the PEOPLE! Grins!)..
MANNNNY years ago, we were privileged to be invited to the family wine cellar of Herr Geisendoerfer (I can’t remember exactly how to spell it now!) of the breathtaking ROTHERNBURG GALLERY in Rothenburg, Germany, for a private “chat” and some wine-tasting… just the three of us… and T*H*A*T truly WAS just UNREAL~~~ totally U*N*R*E*AL!!!!!!! (That entire DAY was almost worthy of writing a “small book” about, as it was soooo interesting, fun, educational, “TASTY”, ETC!!! I mean, can you even IMAGINE having a fireplace waaay down in the wine cellar/basement of this ancient place with 4′ inch thick walls??????)….
This is a beauuutiful estate… so LARGE, but yes, lovely…
Thanks as always!

Luciane,
As pretty as it is, 14,000 sq. ft. is a little too large for me. Still, it’s so well designed and I do love the decor.
Karen
Just for the stone walls alone and basement alone… I’m already sold. What a house.
WOW! That is some house! I really love a house with great trim. But I always think- 14,000sq ft! Sounds great but someone has to clean that thing! But I suppose when one has 14,000 sq ft, one would have help to clean such a wonderful place. But it is lovely to dream and drool over!
Is there anything this house doesn’t have? It’s large and has it all, but is also so tastefull done! I love how they took a very traditional house but used a lot of clean lined furniture so it didn’t feel too stuffy – it’s beautiful Luciane!
I can’t agree with previous comments…in my opinion the exterior is “off” in many ways. Proportions seem wrong, the rock facing seems to be applied as an afterthought, and it’s just too damned big…interiors look stripped for a real estate listing. With the money spent on this “home” you’d think they would have hired a first class decorator…I notice the name is not listed of whomever mayhave decorated it.
