Santa Barbara Villa

The first time I saw this villa in Santa Barbara I knew I had to share it with you. I could imagine living in a home that has all of this privacy, the views of the mountains and the Pacific.

The extremely custom villa boasts stunning interiors which blend artfully with the expansive verandas & entertainment patios to the breathtaking views and natural beauty of Santa Barbara’s magnificent mountains and the ocean. This fine home centers around a fabulous great room area that has lofty beamed ceilings, a private library office with a stone fireplace and a large bedroom area with French doors to the patio.

This Santa Barbara villa also offers a wonderful outdoor dining area with a big fireplace and arbor providing year round outdoor entertaining with warmth and shade for guests no matter what time of year. There is a refreshing and natural appearing swimming pool that is complimented by professional landscaping, lawns and trees.

I hope you feel inspired by this beautiful home.

Grand

Can you imagine yourself living here?

All of Us

I feel so inspired by this patio. I’d love to spend hours relaxing here and enjoying the views.

 Library

This home office is great! Wood panelling is important in a formal office space, but I think we should balance it with lighter accessories and furniture. I’m always excited to see innovative ways to make the most of an office at home and how different the design should be in comparison to a corporate office. Office interior design in a large workspace are going to be largely different and can help contribute to productive workforce, whereas at home, there is more flexibility on what you study or work on and which furniture you use in the office.

Lounge Area

This lounge area is situated on the second level and it open to an extensive deck with its own outdoor fireplace.

Living Room

Notice how important design really is: The room seems to frame the view. You feel this way because the furniture is centered in the same direction of the windows, bringing your eyes to that magnificent view.

This is the Life

Yet another outdoor area with fireplace.

Finding Peace

It wouldn’t be to hard to do some gardening with this view, huh?

Isn’t it a very special home? This is the kind of home that really makes me wish win the lottery!!! :-)

How are you guys doing today? I feel pretty, pretty good! You guys remember last week I took a break to relax and go on a vacation with my family, right? Well, that didn’t happen because my son got bitten by a spider. Thank God, he’s completely fine now and we finally could go on a trip.

Have you ever been to PEI (Prince Edward Island_ Canada)? The last time we went there was about three years ago and I was happy to be back yesterday. I love that island! The food, the people, the air… everything is just great!

I feel much happier and relaxed today and I hope I can share this with you. Sometimes, we NEED to get out, do something different and forget about errands.

Life is way too short to not do things that make us laugh and feel alive. If you haven’t done something that makes you feel happy lately, start planning to do it soon.

As I said, life is too short is today is too precious to be wasted.

Have a wonderful day!!!

  4. Yikes, bitten by a spider that curtailed the get-away? That doesn’t sound good – I’m so glad he’s ok! And, I’m super happy you were able to get some time away in the end. I’ve never been to PEI, but my Dad went last year, and his photos are incredible. It’s definitely somewhere I’d like to visit…

My son was is school in Fredericton NB last year. We flew out in August for his grad, and had planned to travel around. We had planned on getting to PEI and Nova Scotia. Our trip was cut shore due to Hurricane Irene and we flew home early back to Alberta to avoid any potential problems. I hope to get back to Eastern Canada someday, it looks beautiful.
