Lack of space should never make you compromise on style and although we can’t call this apartment small, we can see that every item chosen adds functionality to the entire condo.
Looking at these pictures it’s hard to believe this once was a typical Atlanta condo that had early 90’s type of finishes. Every room had zero personality and did not reflect the homeowner at all. That’s when this bachelorette decided to hire Andrew Howard, from Andrew Howard Interior Design, to transform her outdated condo. She wanted something that felt feminine without going overboard. The apartment now feels elegant yet hip and fun – a perfect combination for any independent woman.
This kitchen might not be big but it has plenty of style! I love its clean-lined cabinets and the marble waterfall peninsula. Cabinet paint color is Benjamin Moore 968 Dune White.
Kitchen Island Dimensions: 42×72
The flower patterned backsplash tile is from New Ravenna and the lighting is by Visual Comfort. Hood features a marble slab.
Wall paint color is Paper White by Benjamin Moore. Trim paint color Benjamin Moore 968 Dune White.
The rug was custom designed by the designer and features seven shades of blue – hues he used on many different parts of the condo.
The blue linen host chairs are by Lee Industries while the side chairs are Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams in a Peter Dunham fabric.
Comfort and style were not compromised in this living space.
