Even a small powder room can have lots of character. A custom vanity and wallpaper brings this space to the next level.
There’s a lot going on in this living room. Color comes from orange pieces that are mixed with teal, while texture is carried through the seagrass wallpaper, rug and shades.
I have to say that what gets my attention the most in this room is the furniture layout. This is a fairly large room and this setting divides the room in several seating areas.
I am loving the millwork and ceiling details found in this landing area.

A grassy backyard with ocean views and a pathway to the beach. Isn’t it perfect?
It would be great to spend some time in this cozy screened porch during a cold day. You can sit by the fire with a good book or make a delicious homemade pizza in the pizza oven.
But if the weather is good, this is where you want to spend your afternoons at. Can you picture yourself watching the sailing boats from here?
There’s something so special about al fresco dining. I love the idea of bringing some fresh flowers to the table, but try to keep everything else simple.
Pool & Ocean
Inspirational zone! I know I would sit here whenever I needed answers for my questions.
I am off to buy a new dishwasher soon… yep, real life knocks! I bought a “top brand” dishwasher not even five years ago and it gives me problems all the time. It’s amazing how cheaply appliances are made these days. I am almost deciding on a simpler, more affordable appliance because they seem to more reliable. The more options the appliance have, the more problems it gives.
Do you guys have any suggestions for a good (long lasting) dishwasher brand? I need some advice!
Have a great day!
