Designed by Jodi Foster, from Jodi Foster Design + Planning, this 10 acre waterfront transitional home was inspired by the Cape Cod style of the East Coast. The main house was renovated based on the original footprint to take advantage of water views on three sides. Interior and exterior spaces are connected throughout, with all rooms having direct access to wrap around verandas on both levels.Attention to interior details throughout including beautiful reclaimed wide plank flooring, period painted wainscotting, gorgeous custom built-in cabinetry with a mixture of custom and antique furnishings.
The result is a light-filled timeless family home to be enjoyed for generations.
