This house was built by Farinelli Construction Inc and it’s the kind of house that makes you wish you could move right in. The house was designed with family-life in mind and you can easily notice how every person in the family could feel welcomed in the space.

One of the remarks of this incredible house are the quality of the materials used and the craftsmanship that’s evident in every room, from the entrance to the very appealing outdoor living room.

Entrance

The Blue Medallions Rug is by Horchow and the lamps are Ralph Lauren.

 Dining Room

Classy and timeless.

Table & Lighting

 The chandelier is by Kichler (item number 42382MIZ), the chairs are from Stanley Furniture in the Farmhouse collection and the table is from Hooker Furniture.

Decor

I’ve done something similar to it for Christmas. It’s an easy and simple center piece.

Hallway

The light is made by Kichler (42386MIZ Lacey), the wood floor is walnut Old Trail series with a glaze and wood pegs from Rehmeyer Wood Floors in Shrewsbury PA.

Living Room

Gorgeously done! Colors: The trim is Sherwin Williams Shell White and the walls are Sherwin Williams, Patience number 7555. Dimensions:  22 ft by 18 ft.

Watch

 The trim, ceiling and cabinetry are painted in Sherwin Williams Shell White, and the walls are Sherwin Williams, Patience 7555. The mosaic around the fireplace is a natural travertine tile from Dal-Tile
Dimensions: the two sides are about 30 inches wide while the middle is about 60 inches wide (total width is around 10ft. The unit is approx 9ft in height). The TV is 50 inches.

Eating Area

 Light Fixture: Kichler Model 2943OZ , Cabinet Color: Sherwin Williams (Duron) Shell White, Pendants are from Kichler Lighting, 2665OZ, Chairs are from Keith’s Furniture in Newport, PA. The paint color in the coffers of the ceiling is Sherwin Williams Sporty Blue 6522 and the wall color is Sherwin Williams Patience 7555.

 Kitchen

 Knobs and pulls are from Amerock Revitalize Collection. The knob is BP55342G10 and the pull is BP55346G10. The color on the kitchen walls is Sherwin Williams Patience # 7555.

Island

The countertops are granite and the color is Polar Cream and the cabinets are from Colonial Craft Kitchens in Annville PA. The backsplash is Daltile Rittenhouse with Biscuit matte finish (3in by 6in). Pendant – Kichler 2666OZ and the island is approximately 3′ x 9′.

Pantry

 The walk-in pantry is hidden… Can you find it?

 Creative

 I really like this idea! The pantry is approximately 6′ x 7′ not including the door swing area and all the appliances are GE from the Monogram series.

 Office

This picture is going to my files. An office like this one would make my life much easier! Counters: the material is plastic laminate by Wilsonart and the color is carbon mesh.

Laundry Room

This is the perfect laundry room: stylish yet very useful. I’m a huge fan of having everything hidden and organized and cabinets are perfect for that. The wallpaper is Thibaut, waterbury trail in navy.

 Stairs

 Isn’t it yet another wonderful idea? Actually, this house is full of great ideas!

Outdoor Living Room

Just perfect! I love every detail of it. The stones are Natural Trat Routine tiles in walnut.

We often find beautiful homes, but some like this one,  stays in your mind. I believe it’s because every choice was done with care and knowledge and that put this place aside from the norm.

Do you have a favorite room? I can’t deny I loved seeing the classic look of white and blue, one of my favorites. I also, can’t deny I’m a little jealous of that kitchen, office and laundry room. Oh, I wish they were all mine!
