This California house tour is one that I have been very excited to share with you, and I am glad you are here today to see it! It’s always a joy to showcase a designer’s work that fully grabs my attention from start to finish. Lisa Furtado, an award-winning interior designer based in California, and the creative mind behind Lisa Furtado Interiors, is exactly that kind of talent.
Constructed in 2025, this newly built home in Santa Cruz, California, is just a few steps from the ocean. It features modern coastal interiors designed for relaxation and enjoyment of its beautiful surroundings. Upstairs, you will find open concept spaces with bifold patio doors that seamlessly connect indoor and outdoor living, allowing the calming sound of ocean waves to fill the air. On the lower level, you will find an ADU, complete with its own kitchen, guest bedrooms, and bathrooms that are truly remarkable and full of inspiring design ideas.
