Winter seems to be in full gear this year and that makes me miss and appreciate the sunshine (and any warm place on earth) even more. Sharing this coastal beach house with you feels much more like a treat than work. 🙂
“The client was no stranger to home building. This was their 5th build.. They had lived on Sullivan’s Island but wanted to retire to be on the water so bought this beautiful lot with a dock on the intercoastal waterway and marshfront in Isle of Palms, SC. They were in the final stages of architecture design planning when they brought us on to collaborate with the architect and finalize the plans. The most important aspect of the design was to take advantage of the amazing views of the waterway from the main living area. In fact every room in the house has a view including the bedrooms upstairs.”
