According to the architect, this Modern Farmhouse Lake House is located on an island in the middle of the lake and a custom-made bridge was required to be built to reach the home, whose design was inspired by its surroundings.

Featuring grey board and batten siding and dark metal roof, this Modern Farmhouse home perfectly blends in with its surroundings.
This lake house is a mix of Southern charm with a hint of Modern influences. Windows are by Weather Shield.
The warm grey exterior paint color was custom mixed and the metal roof is bronze (color).
Featuring whitewashed brick flooring, reclaimed beams and posts, black steel French doors and an inviting swing, this side porch embraces the mix of traditional and contemporary elements this home exudes.
