Is there any room in our home that should feel more comforting than our bedroom?
The moment the weather starts to change, we naturally begin craving a bedroom that feels cozy, earthy and warm, with soft textures and calming neutral tones. If you’re feeling the same way, I’m sharing a few easy ideas to help you create that cozy bedroom feeling quickly, so you can enjoy it all through the colder seasons ahead!
For this space, I wanted to create that feeling through layers of linen, velvet, chunky knits, warm wood and woven textures. I kept the color palette earthy and calming, mixing soft neutrals with muted green and just enough contrast to give the room depth.
Once again, I found so many of the pieces I needed at Wayfair. I love being able to find everything from larger furniture pieces to bedding, lighting and those smaller finishing touches all in one place, and at so many different price points. The color palette set the mood for this entire room. I started with warm, earthy neutrals and then brought in muted green through the bedding and accessories.
Now, can we talk about these linen curtains? I’ve shared the link several times here on Home Bunch and on Instagram, but this is the first time I’m showing them. They have that beautiful designer-look linen texture, filter the light so softly, and the price is TRULY amazing. Hands down, one of my favorite finds for this bedroom! I love the warmth of this wood bench against all of the softer upholstered and textile elements in the room. It’s a convenient place to sit, set down a throw or stack a few favorite books, and it adds another natural texture without making the room feel busy. Not only beautiful, but also so useful!

One thing you’ll notice throughout this bedroom is that there isn’t a lot of decor. Instead, texture is doing the decorating. The upholstered bed, linen bedding, woven rug, cane-front nightstands, textured pillow and throws all add something different while staying within the same quiet palette.

Have I told you I am in love with these nightstands? These nightstands are such a great find! I love their wood tone and woven cane fronts, which add so much natural texture to the bedroom. But the best part might be the built-in outlets and USB ports… Beautiful and practical, with no need to reach behind the furniture to plug everything in. Definitely one of those little conveniences you quickly wonder how you lived without. Also, take a closer look at these designer-look linen curtains. Trust me, they price is so good and they’re just perfect!

Cozy Bedroom Tip: Look for furniture that solves an everyday problem as beautifully as it fills the space. Those are usually the purchases you’ll appreciate the longest.
