I usually feature kitchen designs every Wednesday here, but this living room truly caught my attention today and I couldn’t wait to share it with you.
Designed by The Sitting Room, this traditional living room features an impressive barrel vault ceiling with tongue and groove paneling and floor-to-ceiling windows. The decor is quiet and, while grand, the room has an effortless elegant feel.

I love the furniture arrangement of this room. The two matching sofas are done in an upholstery weight grey linen.
Lighting is Troy Lighting Avalon 12 Light Chandelier in Old Rust – $922.00
Fireplace
The fireplace features beautiful natural stone and stunning millwork.
The fireplace was designed/built by Boyer Building Corporation, the same company that built the home.
Chairs
The chairs are from Vanguard Furniture and measure 28″ wide x 36″ deep x 35 1/2″ high. The price of each chair is $2895.00
Coffee Table
The coffee table measures 26″ across and is 26″ high. The finish is called “graphite” and is somewhat distressed. The finish is rubbed through at the top of the table edge and on a couple parts of the base to reveal a bit of a gold/bronze paint underneath. Notice the beautiful decor.
Pillows
The custom pillows were ordered through the designer. Gorgeous fabric!
Living Room Paint Color & Dimensions
Paint Color is “Benjamin Moore OC-17 White Dove”.
The overall size of this living room is about 21′ x 21′. The ceiling height is close to 18-20′.
The seating area is arranged around a 10′ x 14′ rug.
