Even if you’re a “city” person you’ll appreciate the beauty and serenity of this house. I grew up in the city but we had a ranch and I remember the peacefulness of being around trees and that wonderful feeling that all that you can hear is the wind blowing the leaves.
When I look at these pictures I can feel that calmness that only a country house has.
To a calming and peaceful week.
I am a believer that a foyer should be always inviting. It’s also a way to show what to expect of the rest of the house.
Comfort & Beauty
This room feels so comfortable! I would love to sit with a cup of coffee and chat with my best friend. This feels like a real home.
Yet another view of the living room. Note the M&Ms on the table. Now, how can you not like this room?
How unique and inviting! I love the blue hues, the rug, the chairs, the built ins, windows and what about the “sculptures”? Aren’t they fun?
Eat & Be Happy
My grandmother, a wise 85 years old woman always says that nobody’s happy with an empty stomach. And can you imagine how happy we can feel eating in a room like this? 🙂
Sunny, warm and bright. This is a perfect one!
I love the architecture of this room. It’s stunning!
This is really cozy. I am in love with the art work on the left.
This room is like the rest of the house: comfortable and elegant. The chandelier is the Pièce de résistance here.
I love the simplicity of this room. That rocking chair is graceful.
A picture-perfect home, inside and out.
Definitely a place to admire. Even if the country is miles away from you, there’s always a way to add some “country” to your place. Maybe with a charming quilt on a bedroom, or a comfortable chair in a feminine floral fabric, or even by adding some wild flowers. That’s how a home become a well-lived one, by adding things that brings you to a better place and to a better state of mind.
Hello, my beautiful friends! Wasn’t it fun to see all of these dreamy spaces? I really hope you had a great time here today!
My hubby is renovating one of our bathrooms and we will be busy this weekend. We have so many exciting ideas and I really can’t wait to see everything come together. In fact, we painted the cabinets in “Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray” and it’s stunning. It looks really wonderful with white marble. Next step is adding subway tiles on the walls. 🙂
I wish you all a safe and Blessed weekend. Be good, eat well and enjoy life!
We’ll talk soon!
