This farmhouse kitchen features perimeter inset cabinets painted in an ivory white and gray island with a combination of stone and butcher block countertop.
The lower cabinets are 18″ and the upper cabinets are 41″ tall.
Kitchen Stools
These affordable industrial kitchen stools are the Twist Swivel Stool from World Market – $119.99 each.
Backsplash Grout
To be complete honest, I usually prefer lighter grout with white subway tiles but I think this dark gray grout works perfectly in this kitchen.
The grout color used here is Lacticrete Platinum.
Range hood is the Pro Style Low Profile hood by Jenn-Air, vented to the outside.
Perimeter Countertop
I am loving the combination the Misty Carrara Caesarstone quartz countertop with the farmhouse sink and subway tile backsplash.
Island Paint Color
The paint color used on the kitchen island and walls is “Benjamin Moore Fieldstone“.
Fridge Cabinet
The fridge was tucked in a custom cabinet with microwave and bar.
Kitchen Flooring
The flooring was existent to the house – red oak hardwood – the floors were refinished during the kitchen renovation and received a couple of coats of poly.
Butcher Block Countertop
The end-grain butcher block is Black Walnut and no stain was used. The homeowner oil it frequently which brings out the warmer tones in the wood. It’s 4 inches deep.
Kitchen Pendants
The light fixture above the island is the Glass Jug Lantern from Shades of Light – $179 each.
Island Countertop
The island countertop is honed Calacatta gold marble.
The sconce above the sink is from Urban Electric Co.
Kitchen Elements
The honed Calacatta Gold marble countertop looks stunning with the Black Wanut butcher block.
Kitchen Backsplash
Backsplash tiles are 2″x 4″ from Ann Sacks – Savoy Collection.
Kitchen Island Dimensions
The island measures 104″x 38″.
Kitchen Hardware
The cabinet hardware are from the Schaub Classico Collection in a satin nickel finish. The designer used 6 1/2″ pulls on the cabinets and 8 1/2″ and 13″ pulls on the drawers.
Paint Color
The perimeter cabinets are a warm white by Pennville called “Cottonball”. Notice the hutch with sliding doors. I’m loving this clean look!
