Beautiful Bedrooms & Beds
Our bedroom should be the ultimate room in our house and many times it simply isn’t. Why? because we often neglect our comfort and leave our bedrooms the last room in the house to be decorated. I was talking about this the other day with a client. She explained how she didn’t want to open the curtains of her bedroom so she wouldn’t see the details of it. Details that has been there for more than ten years and she simply hates now. She said she wanted to get all the other rooms in the house done before her own bedroom because nobody actually goes there. Right. I get that. But what about herself? Don’t we deserve the best treatment? I explained to her how important her comfort is to be left as the last option.
I think a bedroom don’t need to break a bank to be great. We always can decorate a bedroom with things we love without being extremely expensive and if you knew me personally, you would know that I’m not the kind of girl that buys the first thing I see. The only place I’d recommend you to splurge is on your mattress, pillows and, very importantly, your sheet. Yes, you deserve more than anyone else to have the most comfortable bed and bedding you can afford. Great nights of sleep will thank you for taking the time to do something for your bedroom and yourself.

You sure picked some winners! Makes me want to get back in my pjs and jump into one of those ultra inviting beds!! I especially love the first one, I am partial to the neutral soft colors which convey a sense of serenity and peace, what a bedroom should be. Beautiful Luciane!

I love the upholstered headboards I use them a lot.
We have one like your wood one and I have the bruises on my leg to show for it – those type of footboards are the worst. They sneak up on you in the middle of the night or while making the bed. Ouch.

These images are all beautiful. If I ever have a cottage the guest room will look just like the last picture. I love the beds with storage underneath. Such a smart idea considering that is usually wasted space or a place to store those extra table leaves that only come out at Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Good quality sheets and mattress are worth the money everytime. A good sleep revitalizes us and prepares us for our busy lives, you can’t put a price on that.

Let me lie down in the blue bedroom titled ‘Soft Clouds’ with two prceious pendant lights and the beautiful duvet. That is my kind of bedroom.
Loving the 2nd photo with the daybeds. That room is so peaceful and all the natural light coming in makes me just want to curl up right now!
We’re excited to start fresh in our new space for our bedroom. Have bought a new duvet and cover, will be reusing other things we already have, and can’t wait to see how the rest unfolds!

I love them all. I especially am smitten with the woven wicker bed. there is something about baskets lately that just catch my eye.
