This is an incredible country home in the Santa Ynez Valley! From the location, to the setting, to the views, this 5+/- acre property will take your breath away, especially if you enjoy the peacefulness of country life and rustic decor.
The main home has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths with reading loft, a fantastic kitchen, gardener’s pantry, media room, 2-story living room, wood burning fireplace in the dining room with walls of glass provided by 3 sets of French doors opening to the covered patio overlooking the pool and spa. A meditation studio in the turet off the second floor with great views of the property. Then add the abundant fruit orchard, rose garden, vegetable garden, chicken coop, detached music room, tennis court, 4-stall barn with tack room and turnouts, 3 irrigated pastures and sand arena and even a beautiful glass greenhouse and blackberries growing on the fences. How magical is that?
The list really goes on with this country home! How about we take a look at this gorgeous place?
I’ll call the interiors of this country home as “eccentric French-country”.
I like this room, but I think the ceiling feels too busy and it doesn’t feel it belongs here. I also would tone down the color of the barn doors. Having said that, I love the dining set, floors, fireplace and chandeliers. This room just needs to feel more polished.
Just change these counter stools (or perhaps paint them) and you have a perfect kitchen! The limestone floors, the beams, boards, light fixtures and the daring green cabinets are simply amazing. I’m so happy to see a kitchen with this much personality. Bravo!
This is a real kitchen, for real cooks. I can see Paula Deen cooking in this kitchen! Notice the rustic island.
For A Little Girl
My little girl loved seeing this custom bed. I think it’s a great place to have sweet dreams.
What a stunning pool!
I like this idea. You can serve snacks to the kids when they’re playing outside through these windows and no one comes soaked inside of the house.
Yes, this is the mind of a mother of three. You, if single or without kids, can only serve the more fun things from there, like a glass of wine.
Perfect to keep the bugs away. Have I told you I freakout whenever I see a bug around me?
This is paradise for me. I love the views and the privacy.
I know who I’d invite to play tennis with me. Hello, Karen!
I like the idea of having flower beds surrounding the tennis court. Isn’t it pretty?
See, if your friends asked for way too many glasses through the kitchen’s window, you know where to send them at the end of the day…
The completely remodeled 2 bedroom, 1 bath guest house with fireplace has incredible views. Who wouldn’t like to stay here?
This is the kind of “man’s cave” I wouldn’t mind spending time at.
Oh, Sweet Country
We used to have horses at my grandpa’s farm when I was a kid and I miss having them around. Horses are one of my favorite animals.
I’d be so happy in this place. Everything you see is meticulously taken care of.
Be healthy. Plant what you eat.
Imagine living in a place where you grow your own fruits. I’d love to do that.
How much? $3,875,000
Honestly speaking, this seems to be a fair price for this property. Who wants to move to the country???
Have a day filled with positiveness! Smile, smile, smile!
