Designed by DeGraw & DeHaan Architect, this approximately 7000 sq. feet modern family home beautifully showcases transitional elements in a classic floor plan.
With a light color palette, this home creates a refined yet delicately modern style. Varied architectural touches, fabrics, colors, and pieces were used to reflect the homeowner’s personal style.
Never cluttered nor standoffish or stark, this modern family home brings together calm colors, understated furniture with classic lines, and an emphasis on comfortable family living.
I hope you feel inspired by its design.

I am so happy today is Monday! As I mentioned before, we’re trying to sell our house and I am feeling very positive about it.
I am always praying for God to help us to decide on what’s the best for our lives and I know that this will only happen if it’s the right time.
We tried to sell our house before and nothing happened. If you have done this before, you probably know how stressful it can be, but it also teaches you to be calmer and know that nothing happens without a reason. We can get mad, we can complain, we can cry –how many nights I did that… asking why nothing was going as planned… but having faith is the only way I choose to live this life. So, I am putting this situation on God’s hands and I am doing my part. I feel that things tend to actually work when I do that. 🙂
Have a very Blessed and Safe week, my friends and remember to do your part to achieve your goals during this week. 🙂
