Impeccably designed by AGK Design Studio, this spacious California beach house features inspiring coastal interiors and very inviting outdoor areas.
This home is truly stunning inside and out. With classic white exteriors and black accents, the exterior is sure to grab your attention immediately. The interiors are also well appointed, displaying nautical colors mixed with more subtle hues. Herringbone hardwood floors were used almost in every room in this house with the exception of the bathrooms and the laundry room. This have the home a sense of continuity and timeless beauty. But wait until you see the kitchen! A stunning gray island beautifully adds some color to the white perimeter cabinets. Trust me, there’s nothing disappointing about this home and I hope you enjoy seeing it with me today.

Brand New Again
Take a deep breath and feel how wonderful it is to be alive to start this brand new day!
Hello, my beautiful friends!
It’s such a Blessing to be starting a brand new week with you!
My weekend was good… I watched my daughter play hockey and we went to a Christmas party together. It was great to spend some time just the two of us. I rarely can spend time just with one kid at a time and I never take these moments for granted when I do. It’s amazing how much we can bound with our kids when we spend a couple of hours together, just talking, having fun and laughing together.
What did you do for fun? Do not worry if you haven’t done much. The beauty of being alive is that you have the opportunity to create something better for each moment given to you.
Make sure to do something that puts more happiness into you life during this week. It can be the simplest things, like going for a walk, playing with your pet, calling an old friend, visiting a family member or taking a long and relaxing bath. Choose something simple that doesn’t take much of your time nor involves money.
I truly want you to have the goal of bringing more happiness to your life. Chances are that you are not going to feel crazily happy for the entire week (if you do, great! And please, share with us how you did it! 🙂 ), but what I really want you to do is, to consciously look and plan for moments that should make you feel happy, or at least, content, relaxed, at peace. Can you do that for yourself? We all can if we try.
Remember to create these moments. You are not waiting for them to happen, you are consciously creating them and you are aware when they happen.
Start by avoiding the annoying, noisy and nosy people, and surrender to positive thoughts.
Many more Blessings are coming to our lives.
