I often feature their work here because this builder and architecture company are, in my opinion, one of the best in California. The attention to detail is evident in every home they design and build, and I am always happy to feature them.
Located in Lido Isle in Newport Beach, CA., this modern farmhouse style beach house was designed and built for homeowners who was relocating from Seattle. The home has a very nice flow and features a beautiful white kitchen with white oak floors and an impressive exterior with whitewashed brick and plenty of black steel windows and doors.

Steel windows and doors, whitewashed brick and copper gutters combine to create some serious curb appeal on this transitional style beach house!
Steel windows are manufactured by Euroline Steel Windows.
Bronze exterior lanterns from Linden Rose & Co. provide the perfect weight to balance out the windows and doors. The matching pendant in the dining room, also manufactured by Linden Rose & Co, ties the indoor and outdoor spaces together creating one cohesive design.
The large storefront door is also from Euroline.

Island lighting is Agnes Small Pendants by Linden Rose & Co.

The island countertop is a white marble – Pacific White – with an honed finish and mitered edge.
Kitchen Island: stain grade, face framed, rift sawk white oak with custom stain applied upon installation.
The perimeter countertop is Hard Rock Granite with an honed finish and mitered edge.
Hardware: Knobs: Top Knobs- Bergen Knob. Pulls: Top Knobs- Square Bar Pull- Noveau Collection III.
The kitchen cabinet paint color is Farrow and Ball All White in semi-gloss. Cabinets are maple.

Hardwood floors are 7” light rustic European white oak, ¾” engineered floor, custom stain applied after installation with moisture barriers applied at first floor.
Ceiling features Tongue & Groove detail.
Faucet: Blanco- Meridian. Farmhouse sink is also by Blanco.
The steel patio doors are manufactured by Euroline Steel Windows.
Steel door pocket sliders open up to the courtyard off of the great room creating an indoor/outdoor living space. The doors conceal inside the wall on both ends, enlarging the feel of the home.
A courtyard with firepit off the main living space offers the perfect escape for a glass of wine at the end of a long day.
The grey countertop is Uliana Grey Quartz.
Floor Tile: Thassos Studs Mosaic.
This shower brings quite the design impact with its grey wall featuring 2×10 Italian-made Piastrell Grigio set in a herringbone pattern.
This shower also features 2″ marble hexagon floor tile and a floating shower seat covered in an honed Pacific White Marble slab.
The master bathroom flooring is New Ravenna’s Greystoke Hex 3 cm floor tile.
Bathroom countertop is Honed Thassos with 1 1/2 miter edge. Backsplash is 2×10 Piastrella Grigio tile.
Sconces are Oxford Sconces by Linden Rose & Co.
Faucets are Kohler – Purist.
The wall paint color is Shady DEC774 Dunn-Edwards in flat.
The shower wall tile is by New Ravenna.
