Oh, I am so happy the weekend is approaching. This week is being way too busy! The kids are back to school and I’ve been working a lot and sleeping too little. Sounds familiar?
The weather is wonderful today and I am hoping to get out of the house with the kids and do something fun if the weather stays this way during the weekend. I know that by the end of the month it will be much colder around here and we need to take advantage of the sunshine.
Talking about taking advantage… is there anything you are letting go unnoticed in your life? We usually only take notice of certain things when they are not there. Take for example, our health. Do you know when we’re sick and we have that feeling of how wonderful it is to not have any pain or any problems? If you’re feeling healthy today, acknowledge it and be grateful. In fact, take a few minutes to think about the things that are happening in your life at this moment that you should be grateful for. Think about the people you have around you, the people you know you can trust. Think about all the goals you were able to achieve in life so far. And most of all, think about the strength you had to have to be where you are at this moment.
Take a minute to acknowledged yourself and your story and feel proud of every lesson, every tear and every laughter. All of that was an important part of your growth.
