To avoid creating a harsh or stark contrast within this home’s base of black and white hues, Martha O’Hara Interiors married a classic color palette with rich brass accents and soft blush undertones. This combination achieved a timeless aesthetic that’s exuding with warmth; all without compromising on design interest.

The designer appointed this room with grandeur by nestling the master bathroom within the home’s peaked roofline.
Beside the makeup vanity, they designed custom storage with a mirrored finish and curved detailing. Many reflective surfaces allow the suite to sparkle.

Underfoot, we chose an elegant marble floor laid in a youthful herringbone pattern. Overtop, a special vintage oushak rug adds comfort in a warm blush-colored design. Combining these finishes with classic wainscoting helped to create a timeless result that’s still fresh for today.
Beneath the crystal chandelier, and framed by soft and delicate custom draperies, the freestanding tub is a focal point. The designer chose bold brass plumbing and hardware while mixing in crystal pull knobs to the room’s custom vanities.
