For this house located in Jacksonville, FL, the owners desired a transitional shingle house with an East Coast approach. A detached pool house defines the pool area and stunning backyard manicured gardens.
The interiors of this east coast-inspired shingle house mix classic elegance with a hint of color, which comes from beautiful paint colors and extraordinary original artwork.
I hope this home and its vibrant energy helps you to start a new week full of great and inspirational ideas.

Wouldn’t be great to have the whole family in this place? Imagine how much fun that would be!
How are you doing today? Did you have some time to relax during the weekend? I worked on an online interior design project on Saturday and took some time on Sunday to take care of my family. We went out for dinner at a great Japanese restaurant. I love Japanese food and it’s good to know that my kids enjoy it also, including my 3 year-old.
What else did I do? Oh, I had a cup of coffee after not drinking coffee for about two months and I quite regret it! I was craving coffee badly and decided to drink a little, after all, what’s wrong with that, right? It turns out that my body is not dealing well with coffee anymore. I had a bad headache after that and felt quite bad for the rest of the day. Now, whenever I miss coffee I will remember how it makes me feel and this should encourages me to stay away from it. At least for now. 🙂
I want to wish you a Blessed week, full of great news! Embrace good changes and good people in your life. Surround yourself with them.
We’ll talk some more tomorrow.
