Located in Charlotte, North Carolina and built by Grande Custom Builders, this home is a great example of a Farmhouse-style home with a front porch on a small lot. The garage is located in the back, leaving the opportunity to add classic architectural details, which certainly add to the curb-appeal of this newly-built home.
The interiors are warm, inviting and full of character. Although this is definitely a home built with family life in mind, I can’t help but see it as being perfect for empty-nesters. Its layout is perfect for entertaining and the small – and low-maintenance – backyard features a separate building that can be used as a Gym or Guest House and it even features a dreamy pool. Get ready to fall in love with this quaint Farmhouse! I certainly have!
