There’s so much to love about this newly built home with crisp transitional interiors. Every room feels incredibly airy and spacious. Natural light reflects on the white cabinetry and wide white oak hardwood floors give a special glow to each room.
You will find plenty of inspiration in the crisp white kitchen with framed inset cabinets and not to mention in one of the most beautiful laundry rooms/craftrooms I’ve ever seen!

There’s nothing more inspiring than a white kitchen. This one feels quiet and timeless. The stools were provided by a house stager, however you can find similar at Design Within Reach or Restoration Hardware.
This white kitchen features a white oak butcher’s block countertop. The kitchen cabinet style is framed with inset doors.
The alcove above the refrigerator is 24″ deep. It’s great for storage or fun display!
Kitchen flooring is Rift and Quartered White Oak Hardwood Floor.
The kitchen peninsula features a large farmhouse sink. Cabinet paint color is very similar to Benjamin Moore OC-17 White Dove.
Isn’t this powder room a good surprise? The powder room features stained blue seagrass wallpaper, open vanity with marble top, round mirror, glass cone sconces and wall paneling.

This has to be one of the best large laundry room/craftroom designs I have ever seen! I would love to have this much space!
The island on wheels was custom designed.
The laundry room also features framed inset cabinets, white oak hardwood flooring and floating open shelves above a farmhouse sink. Countertop is carrara marble.
The wrapping station features a wall covered in dyed seagrass wallpaper over-layed onto a cork board. This is any easy way to transform a cork board into a statement wall!
How adorable is this bathroom? The vanity is a custom stained oak vanity and the hex cement floor tile is a Paccha Honeycomb tile from Ann Saks.
