Wouldn’t it be nice to relax here after a long day?
We’re starting a brand new week and it’s really nice to have you here today.
What are your goals for this week? I have several, but the most important one is to live. When was the last time you felt that you are really living the moment giving to you? When was the last time you felt that you were truly present? Your thoughts, your energy, your heart were fully present. Can you recall this moment?
Don’t feel bad if you can’t. In fact, I think that most of us nowadays live our lives in such a rush that we rarely stop to put our energy in the moment we’re living. We are often making plans for the next hour, the next day, the next ten years, but what about now? How about we focus our mind, our body and our spirit in this moment? What can you take from it? What can we learn from this moment you’re living? What lessons were given to us?
Life is precious and every moment is unique.
Have a Blessed week, my friends and thank you for being here today. I hope you can feel my gratitude and how honored I feel.
