I usually end my posts saying what’s going on with me, you know… life stuff! If you read my blog for some time now, you know that I am a very simple person. I don’t travel much, I don’t spend my money on crazily expensive things, although I have to admit I wish I could buy a new pair of shoes or bags whenever I see them, but instead I live focusing on my family life and work, which I love in every aspect.
Lately, as many of you know, we decided to put our house for sale, and we’re staring to see what’s there for us. Today we went to see a house that probably will not be ours, but it felt so homely that it made me fall in love with it, even knowing the floor plan is not ideal for us.
Being an interior designer I often can very easily tell what works and what doesn’t in a space. I know that you don’t necessarily need to have all the bells and whistles and break the bank to make a house look beautiful and welcoming.
Today, after seeing this house we visited I understood that what I loved the most about everything was the fact I could picture the person who lived there. I could see how much she cared for her place and how much love she had put into every detail. The house was more than yet another house with a sign on the front lawn. The house, somehow had this care, this gratitude stamped everywhere you looked and that got me thinking that no matter how luxurious or simple our home is, what really matters is how you feel the moment your enter it, and that, my friends, goes beyond anything you can just buy.

I am a bit like you . I mean I do not travel a lot and I enjoy stay at home enjoy time with my familly . So, I try my best to make our home more safe , clean , organized with lots of best vidoes to enjoy having small theatre at home . Wish you and your familly the best .
We are in the similar situation…leaving our home/house of forty plus years…it was such a happy place. I do hope the new owners will “feel” that presence…and treat “her” well. Memories (and new ones to make…) franki
