Oh, my goodness… where this week go??? I can’t believe how fast time is going by. I just got a calendar for 2014 and I couldn’t believe the year is almost ending… already! Do you guys feel the same way?
Time will never stop… so, maybe we’re the ones who should stop and relax more.
Take a minute during this weekend to enjoy a quiet moment. I like having a cup of coffee by my window and see the river going by… the view is even clear now that the leaves are gone. It calms me down and I try to get in touch with my feelings, pray, just think about my life.
Think of something that brings you peace and do it.

Pois é, o ano está terminando. E todo ano que termina é a mesma coisa. Nos pegamos refletindo sobre o tempo e o que ele faz conosco. Essa sensação de que ele nos escraviza, mantendo-nos refém do relógio, dos compromissos, da vida corrida, enfim, é isso mesmo. Todo ano igual! É verdade, temos que aprender a relaxar diante dele.
